You want to play the handyman and quickly hang a picture on the wall, but then the drilled water pipe draws attention to itself. Quite unlikely? Not necessarily! It's a good thing that SCHEER's emergency and customer service is available and ready for action 24/7.

The goal was to offer the company Ralf SCHEER GmbH a social media spot that uses humour and a clumsy customer to call on the services of the emergency and customer service. But it has to be quick!
